Payment for music use

Radio stations, cafes, shops and others who use music in public pay a fee to us.

Gramo finds out who is entitled to the money

We process play time reports from music users and link these to our database of recordings.

Gramo pays out the money

We pay the money individually to the record company / master owner, and to the artists and musicians who have participated in the recordings used.

Anchored in Norwegian law

Gramo's activities are anchored in the Copyright Act §21.

Do you use music that is audible to your customers and guests?

We are the link between the rights holders of the music and the companies that use it, so companies do not have to enter into a music agreement for each recording they want to use.
